Afolabi Imoukhuede, the Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to President Muhammadu Buhari on Job Creation, who also doubles as the N-Power Cluster Lead of the National Social Investment Programme (NSIP) says he cannot explain the delay in March stipend of beneficiaries.
