will like to advise Nigerians in my own little way;

1. Don't shake hands with anybody.

2. Boil your drinking water and allow it to cool before drinking.

3. Eat at least half of a bitter kola everyday.

4. Be careful when buying things from the roadside. E.g. a woman selling Akara will use the same hand she uses to collect money, to count and package your Akara. Same goes for Mai Suya etc.

5. Don't eat without washing your hands.

Pls, I love you all.

6. Social distancing

7. Wearing of face masks if number 6 isn't practical

Interesting contributions by Neoteny7 gypsey and IamgratefulLord

Ginger, garlic, lemon, lime, bitterkola etc can help boost the immune system

Only number 1 made sense. The others are rubbish. It is not possible for you to get corona through your stomach. It is only through your nostrils. I can't type now to explain or argue

... My opinion.. i really do not find any good reason why sigma is attached to this ailment.. we can basically classify this ailment as the malaria group due to the fact that, they share some symptomatic similarities. Though the causative and severity are different. It could be treated wen patient presents early like malaria. It could kill the other way round same as malaria. Let us also remember that, at a time malaria was also an epidemic and not a single person recorded a stigma. Covid i9 as deadly as it is, could as well be managed when there are no underlying illness. But HIV has been with us for more than a decade and even yet without cure, which makes it quite different from the other two mentioned above. So it's understandable when people are stigmatized with the HIV scourge due to its precarious nature.
My conclusion. Does it follows therefore to say that, malaria could as well be a stigma when you try to do a comparison with covid 19......

Take lemon, ginger and garlic. They help build strong immunity. Drink warm water. Wash your hands. Stay away from too much Coronavirus news. This phase shall pass.

This isn't a game, stop endangering yourself and others with your self importance and ignorant statements. I too would love to take care of my patients but the directive was to stay at home, I won't go around disobeying because I want to feel like a hero.

If you are a medical professional (which I doubt) why make such strange accusations and put yourself at risk?

Not all heroes wear cape, some wear scrubs. I am a hero, at least for now.
Stop hiding under a woman’s wrapper to threaten me and my family with Covid 19.
I pity people like you who believe everything thing they see online.

Ok Mr man continue to deceive yourself that it is fake. Shebi you have turned to head of NCDC and have seen every infected COVID-19 patient. I am not the one that will give you the disease, it is what we search for that we eventually find.

Congratulations, like you have shown me this go back to the original comment and show me the acting credentials of the man in the video.

I didn't ask for your clothes, I too can bring my own clothes and snap, are you working with the acting company or have personally seen this person?

You believe what you want to believe and I believe what I want to believe, do you have any problem with that?
What gave you the guts to mention my family from your maggot infested mouth in the first place.
I put it as a challenge to you, snap and post any PPE you can borrow in the next two hours lets see.

Your silly beliefs give others the impression that COVID-19 is an act and there's nothing to worry about.
What gave you the mind to call out the video as fake? Idiot unless you are on ground in the isolation centres you should just shut up.
I don't have PPE because the directive from my hospital is to stay at home can't you read? Is this the standard surgical masks and gloves you're calling PPE? grin
Even at that I wouldn't bring out sterile equipment to please a nameless stranger online.

Unless you've got the type pictured below you are simply deceiving yourself.

I am really enjoying this exchange because the low self esteem doctor is getting annoyed. grin

Ignorance is a disease. Dummy, those are PPE ok? I asked you to post a picture, not take out anything?
If you can’t post a picture, then I have nothing more to answer you.
Cowards die before death even comes. A time like this when other hospitals are increasing capacity, yours asked you to go take cover under your table at home.
It shows how serious they are!
