I think is more of the fear of not knowing how many people actually have the virus because of the low test rate. Maybe that’s why we are still on the ban list in some countries

You're right, Nigeria is not specifically banned by any country; most countries simply have a general border closure in place with exceptions made for specific countries.

Rightmove or Zoopla is expensive property agency to use only if you don't look at price tag.

Use gumtree, Facebook, roommate etc to search for room and arrangement with the landlord/lady for view only when you get to the UK

I have scanned and searched Instagram, Facebook, NCAA and FAAN official websites and handles for this news update yet it returns nothing.

Even a Google search on when international flights will likely resume in Nigeria, does not return any of these posted links for the news

So for now I cannot accept the news wholly until NCAA, FAAN or Ministry of Aviation whom I all follow on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter announces it.

Please, as students, do we book one -way tickets when travelling with dependents or we can book a short flight ticket for like 3 weeks and after arrival, ignore the return leg? We are having an argument here about which option is right.Thanks guys.

One way tickets. You only buy a return ticket if you know you'd definitely be using it. Return tickets are only compulsory for short term visas i.e. visit visas.

It is advisable and cost effective to book a one way ticket as a Tier4 student. Except if you intend to come back home say for Christmas if you are travelling September. But if not, with one-way ticket, you are good to go. Hope this helps.

You guys should not panic. NAMA has just clarified the rumours flying up on social media.
The Liaison was an emergency notice for a period of 90 days which is subject to review.

Let's hope they would review it and open International space in due course.
