Many developers today are used to CRA which is beginner's friendly. You dont have to worry about setting up bundling tools and babel. But it might interest you to know that setting up webpack and babel is not that hard. There are some cases whereby you will need to use webpack and babel for your React application. Things like flexibility, using only what you want, building a light weight application, optimising your application, extending your app to do more things etc are some of the things that webpack offers you.

There is a new platform that aims to teach you how to code and become a better developer with premium courses and videos, verified job listings on the job board, digital assets to speed up your work flow, a discussion forum to engage with others and ask questions and also a blog with articles published daily.
