jeffchinedu: The futility of bringing this kind of genuine specialised problem to Nairaland is that almost everybody will want to say something and end up confusing the person seeking for help. Your post is scanty on the behavior of those rashes. You did not say what treatment already given. Three months is a long time for skin infection in a child to persist if appropriate treatment has been given. You sure it was a doctor you saw? This is obviously a skin infection from virus or bacteria. Whichever it is will be determined when you see a good doctor, who will see the rashes and ask you questions about itching, fever, whether the rashes come and go, do they ooze fluid, home environment, etc. You need to act fast. You ay end up needing a few bottles of syrup or some skin cream. My opinion, if you ask me. |

When the old ones are drying, new ones keep coming out and some turning to big boils. But my neighbor introduce me to skineal, which I applied morning and evening, after sometime everything cleared off my baby's own. |

It is either heat , soap or body creme in that other. Stop wearing him/her cloth. If you can, put air-conditioning or fan in your room , it will go in less than 1 week as long as the heat it eliminated. We call it baby rash. I am surprised it is not happening to you on your arms. Please no cloths or pampers for now. |

Please don't get worried at all. The first thing you should confirm is if your daughter is HIV negative. If she is negative, the rashes will disappear before she's 2years old. Her body will develop the antibodies needed to fight the rashes. She may experience coughing a lot. |

Please get hibiscus flower, boil and use it to bath the baby, It will vanish. Am talking from experience, as an health worker I started using medical treatment, when I noticed it wasn't working and baby would not allow me sound sleep at night, I quickly go local using hibiscus flower. |
Re: My Baby's Skin Problem Is Worrisome (Disturbing Photos) by Nobody: 5:29pm On May 23, 2020 |
This is an infinitesimal, I assure you the problem is internal and not on the skin. Could be a parasite that has laid eggs, her skin has to be examined under a microscope by a dematologist. Visit only a dematologist and an antibiotic and a cream may be prescribed. If a mite or eggs are detected it will be killed and guidelines will be given to u by the doctor, mostly hygeine related. |
