Why didn't he ship it directly into Nigeria, since its within the 15years duration given by the federal Govt. Let me get your mind cleared, am 100% sure your car wouldn't be coming with a Genuine Custom's duty paper. Anyway, I wish you luck and read on to see the End of this deal.

Isn't it better that the house knows the details so we can help you heap charcoal on the dealer in the form of pressures and prayers. We could contact him directly on phone or those who live wherever he says he is can monitor the situation n give feedback to the house.
I can infer from your comments that the dealer may have delivered on his promises to other NLs in the past which means your case may be singular. So we help the dealer should he need it to sort out your car.

No doubt you are way certified above this kind of embarrasing allegations but i urge you to tend to this matter like you were JB. As a pioneer of this lovely preorder concept you should prevent any buyer or dealer from tarnishing this concept. I know you are doing what you can but 5 months no be small matter oooo I implore you to double your efforts on this matter.

To the other dealers, do you have to wait for a blowback from your pre-order sales due to this misunderstanding before making amends. Be rest assurred this issue would have and still will be cowering off prospective pre order buyers.

Long story short car has arrived PH ,but car is far from OK.
Its accidented on One fender.
Its accidented under the drivers door.(Rather deeply)
Has faded paint work all over and for most intents is a rust bucket.

But I am spending money to fix these up and counting my loses.
Who knows I just may displayy it for sale here on NL after some TLC.

All I ask JB is a refund of my other cancelled preorder balance . Please and pretty please do that today. Not ready for Rofo Rofo .

Piedpiper: Delivery @ last, In the interest of some other NLs who might fall prey to the NL Dealer,i will advise you let the whole house know the dealer in question. After your appeal to NLs on the delivery of your Car, other related appeal were neglected because they are withholding information about the dealer. In your own interest i will advise you not to withhold useful information to forumites who might help resolve your issue. My suggestion

hhhmmmm we human are bound to face some challenges in life but they are temporal. I do not know german007 and i'm nt here to defend anybody but its just unfortunate. I hope the issue has been resolved amicably.
