Right age is a dependent variable and is influenced by so many things including but not limited to: self interest/motivation in settling down with a partner, financial stability, educational/career pursuit, family background/responsiblities, geographical location, finding true love and number of heartbreaks/broken relationships.

In the same breath, you are saying most men aren't gainfully employed at 25.
