I have made it a mandation to do my part in making Nigeria great. And thus, I will go against all backward beliefs, acts that has resulted in making Africans to have less respect everywhere.
Its inhuman burning people, no matter what you think, allow the law to deal with them. This only happens in Africa and makes other race think of us as barbarians and stupid people. Burning people can never be justified.
You all love to go to America, London, and other advanced countries, what makes them great is doing away with such barbaric behaviours and choosing sane ones, don't be a parasite to them when you are even too weak to make your own country great. If you support this barbaric act, then I pray you never have the chance to step into a white Man's land

This barbaric act that Europeans abandoned in the 17th century is what this people are still practicing. This is why education and enlightenment is important. The government should make Common sense and the rights of man by Thomas Paine compulsory for them. The y should start with the governor.

Stories like this won't stop until our governments start being responsible.

Jungle justice is wrong in every facet of it. No matter the crimes committed or alleged to have committed. Any case of an offender should be handed to the police to handle appropriately.

But when the government officials and police have exonerated many accused persons who perpetrated heinous atrocities in the broad day light, the citizens have lost credibility in the criminal justice system and will rather take the law into their hands.

The female ibadan lawyer who murdered her husband some years ago and got clemency from Gov Ajimobi made me confused on where to stand on jungle justice.
Also, many prisoners that were released in the wake of Covid-19 had murdered another persons and jungle justice would have settled the scores.

Still jungle justice is not a right irrespective of how wrong our government have been.

Ayade's move to abolish taxation for small businesses in his state was a move that made him come across as a progressive. Very commendable policy.
But a true progressive doesn't sit on the fence regarding issues that go against their ideologies. They swing into action fast. Burning of alleged witches and criminals has been a serious problem sullying the sanctity and decency of his state and the country for a long time. He must act fast.
It is a million times easier to end the burning of people in his state than to abolish tax in my opinion. He should push for legislation that will stop this evil act once and for all.
