Have you ever set out to complete an important task and then suddenly discovered you need to get groceries from the market or attend to some emails.

WHY DO HUMANS PROCRASTINATE
Human beings have been procrastinating for centuries and the problem seems timeline, but why do we procrastinate?

Behavioral Psychology research has revealed that humans have the hard-wired tendency to prioritize short term needs ahead of long term ones.

An average Nigerian student may plan to read throughout the night in preparation of a test or exam the next day, but he/she may find themselves procrastinating by decided to take a nap for a while before reading, and then end up sleeping throughout the night without reading.
