My Phone Automatically Comes Back On Whenever I Turn It Off by Bestcreamreview: 2:00pm On Jun 20, 2020
Please I need help
I bought an infinix phone last December from a reputable shop (K-ultra), some time in February this year, I turned it off so I could go to bed and it came back on after a few minutes, I didn't touch it, no one touched it, it just came back on all on it's own (Mind you, I didn't press reboot accidentally, I pressed power off), I turned it off a second time and it came back on again so I left it. Till today, I'm still dealing with the same problem. Whenever I turn it off, it comes back on, sometimes I have to turn it off up to three or four times consecutively before it stays off. My brother uses the same phone, we bought our phones on the same day, from the same shop but he has never encountered such an issue, what could be wrong?

Format your phone. Bring it back to factory setting.

someone with the same issue restored factory settings but nothing changed, it still comes back on whenever he turns it off

It could be an Android bug... Try updating the Android... It happens on tecno spark 4 too

Do it first and if it is still the same , then you need to flash your phone. That is the last solution I can give. I know one of the two options will work.
