TMS Media captured the moment a man who wanted to make a marriage proposal to his girlfriend, staged police officers to make him kneel down in the guise of being punished for a wrong-doing, thereby attracting his girlfriend to the scene.

The lady who didn't understand what was happening initially, thought her boyfriend was being punished for real, until she discovered it was a set-up. She accepted the proposal.
