I have a friend who just had a terrible encounter. [just cant stop laughing] This dude is currently undergoing intensive councilling or should i say psychological rehabilitation. It all started one day, on his way from a night club with his girlfriend, he ran redlight and got a chase from the cops. Dude got into trouble. After a criminal record check on him and his girl, a document surfaced exposing his girfriend to be a "man" in years past. The document showed that this dude's "sweetheart" was a man who underwent transgender! lol. Funny, the dude has got imaginations and has done the unthinkables with this girl that was once a man.
Now he feels like hanging himself! Am just waiting for him to get himself together so that i can ask him where he has been stickin his "Tom" all this while.

What the surgeons do for those who want to change sex especially a man turning into a woman they would take the scrotum sac and splice it to remove the gonads. Once the gonads are removed they would mold the scrotum sac tissue into a major labia to form the outer lip of the womanliness that is all they are doing to the men who want to have a womanliness.

It is true ladies. It is a faux womanliness and there are other things done so that the man who are penetrating these she-males will feel something "similar" to a womanly wall to achieve heavenly feeling.

And tomorrow the same people will come back bleating about the 'badness' of the Nigerian politicians. Imagine the trauma one could cause with such power if simple human relationship is beyond simple courtesy.

Men have bosoms as well but the only reason why a woman bosom is enlarged simply because of the hormones as you stated and the fact that we have mammal ducts for breastfeeding.

You know the scrotum sacs are ascended at birth before descending.  So the "area" that the sacs are held is where the man who is penetrating the she-male but some things are done to ensure the man feels something similar to the wall. 

When you mix ethics with moralities you will have opposition.  People will tell you your ethics or moralities is not their concern.  They will do what the bleep they chooses regardless if you like it or not.  So what I do is give them the medical facts so they are aware because I know SOME doctors are not honest especially if they are not governed by an ethic board.
