Private school teachers in Nigeria are the ones making the highest impact in Education, yet most of them are paid peanuts, they work their ass out daily to give our children d best.
I stand with private school teachers!
While government school teachers are smiling 2 the bank monthly & evening praying 4 d lockdown 2 continue, dis life nor just balance.

Nigeria has taught me one thing, no matter how employed you are at any level, never forget the ground hustle, as we would all return to the streets eventually, either as business men or employers..

Thats why it's good for a country to have functional unemployment benefits & social security schemes. Once her citizens go through a period of job losses or temporary out of job period, retirements, or disability, the country pays some good stipends towards their upkeep within that period. My advise, although difficult at this time to implement for those affected will be to re-invent themselves with home lessons (for parent of children who oblige) or for these teachers to get some other skills that can favour entrepreneurship.

Our Government Do Not Think About This People At All, The Private Schools In Nigeria Are The Once Putting Our Educational System To Standard, While Government Are Playing Politics With It,
Something Must Be Done.
