In the world today, mobile phones have become a part of us than we could ever imagine. Some people are addicted to their phones without even knowing it.

So, for people who tend to keep their things private, putting a password/pattern on your phone seems like just about the right thing to do for anyone with a phone.

This would prevent another person from accessing your phone without authorization from you. However, just like in Physics, where we learn that to every action, there is always a retarding force in the opposite direction, this could be applicable in some sense to locking your phones.

The downside of locking your phone is that no-one would also be able to access your phone in the case of any emergency so as to inform your loved ones.

In an unfortunate case, like accidents, sickness, dangers, missing phone or similar situations (i know you might probably be rejecting it in jesus name already but calm down because you never can tell) where you’re in no position to use your phone or able to respond, locking your phones can be a very bad idea.

So, In this article, I would be showing you how to add the numbers of your loved ones to your phone emergency hotline so that they can be contacted even with your phones locked.I’m going to share, perhaps we can save ourselves and the lives of others also.

STEP 1

When your phone is locked, it usually shows enter password, below that you will see emergency. Click on the emergency, then you will see emergency information. Click on the emergency information twice. You will see a pencil icon on your extreme right, click on it to edit.

STEP 2

Then enter the contacts you want to save as emergency. You can put as many contacts as possible but it’s advisable to save numbers of active loved ones who know you very well (Family/friend).

Now these contacts you have saved can be called even when your phone is locked without entering your password..
