Somolu, Akoka, Fola Agoro, Gbagada, Palm Grove have excellent electricity supply..

Akoka has problem of flooding

Upper part of somolu ,Fola Agoro, Palm Grove and Gbagada don't have flooding problem..

Crime rate is low ( at least better)

Very good road network ( somolu , Palm Grove and Gbagada not Akoka)
