A Member of the Kaduna Assembly representing Kagarko Constituency in the Kaduna House of Assembly, Mr Nuhu Shadalafiya, test positive for Covid-19. The lawmaker disclosed this in a press statement on Tuesday, noting that he was confirmed positive for Covid-19 on July 19, 2020. Shadalafiya added that he has immediately registered to an isolation centre where he is currently receiving treatment. He urged members of the assembly to pray for him and other Covid-19 patients at the isolation centres across the country. ”My respected constituents, on July 17, I invited the NCDC to come and take my sample for COVID-19 test.
