Adams Oshiomhole, a former governor of Edo State has been described as a greedy profiteer by the founding Director General of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Governors Forum, Earl Osaro Onaiwu.

Adams Oshiomhole had during a meeting with a select group last week described his former ally and Edo State governor, Godwin Obaseki as a "bad product" which he sold to Edo people.

But Mr. Osaro Onaiwu, while reacting to the statement credited to Oshiomhole said the ousted former chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) was just on another mission to beguile Edo people to achieve his profiteering quest having failed to realise such via Godwin Obaseki whom he campaigned vigorously for in 2016.

Onaiwu wondered why Mr. Oshiomhole is crying more than the bereaved. He noted that millions of Edo people to whom he "sold" the "product" to have not complained hence there is no need for replacement.

"Adams Oshiomhole is just like a greedy marketer than is only concerned about selling products just to increase his own profit.

"I hear he is now claiming that Governor Obaseki whom he sold to us in 2016 is now a bad product. For all I care, Edo people are not complaining about the product. In fact they are enjoying the services of the product.

"They are not ready to replace Obaseki with a more expensive, counterproductive and dangerous product that Oshiomhole is now marketing. Afterall he swore to high heavens that Ize-Iyamu is a very bad product.

"Fittingly, he has also described Obaseki as a Toyota and Ize-Iyamu as Benz. He should therefore leave Edo people with their less expensive, easily maintainable Toyota. We are not ready to make another expensive and unprofitable Benz", he concluded.
