i have a hard time saying no to co workers in need, so i often find myself doing more than my share of work.  I am very detail oriented, This sometimes means that i put too much effort into simple jobs.this can be amended if my boss informs me of the amount of detail required at the start of a project. back these up with CONCRETE EXAMPLES.cheers |
