Ozo chose Dorathy as his deputy over Nengi whom viewers think he has deep feelings for. He went ahead to nominate Nengi and Erica as his second and third replacements in case Dorathy declined. He then went to apologize to Nengi which many viewers found offensive to Dorathy. Some other viewers saw it as an act of cowardice as he was expected to stand by his decision.
