A non-governmental organization, the Resource Centre for Human Rights & Civic Education (CHRICED), has expressed dismay at the recent hike in the price petrol in Nigeria, saying the federal government appears grossly insensitive and unsympathetic to the plight of the citizens. The executive director of the body, Zikirullahi M. Ibrahim, in a statement he signed and issued on Thursday, said the move was ill-times and ill-motivated.
