THE MATTER ON GROUND

Like a boss, Madam Chinyere had paid her assistant the previous day. The guy went about his duties the next day, we know the hustle, he also bought a phone charger. He went back to the electronics shop on the third day just for the haggard looking vendor to grab him and hook him like a criminal, claiming that he gave him fake one thousand naira note yesterday. The boy said he didn’t, that it was his madam that paid him the money. The vendor went ahead and seized his phone, gave him the one thousand to go and provide better money before he will release the phone.
The boy went back to work and called his madam with the cleaner’s phone, after an hour, she drove in to her office.
‘Me? Fake money, money passes through the blue light at the ATM so why will it be fake, you gat to be kidding me. And moreover, why did you accept the money from him?’
See matter o, she panicked even more especially when the boy told him that the vendor said it’s either he adds 500 naira to the fake 1k and give him back or give him a new original 1k.
