Hello Ayo, the two telephone numbers are OK.
I don't know what info you want! But i will start by telling you that the property is 100% genuine. The landlord is selling cause he needs the money to invest in business.
Work stopped at the site late October 2010.
Property has got no approved plan or C of O, you can get them on your own very easily when you buy.
The landlord is the third owner of the property.  HE OWNS HIS OWN PERSONAL HOUSE NEAR THE AREA AS WELL.

For 7m this property is a bargain, as plots of lands go for btw 2m - 2.5m at the area.
If you are good in buildings calculation you will see that not less than 4m as being invested on the land.
