Hi michealf284 I think mine was between 2 to 3 weeks. They will give you an estimated completion date once all is set. It typically will be less than 3 weeks from then. michaelf284: |

Good Morning everybody. Special thanks to everybody that has contributed towards the building of this thread. It is heavy and lengthy but worth reading all the time. I am fortunate to be one of those who got ITA on August 05. I have succeeded in filling out the forms for Permanent Residence. I already have a document checklist and I have tried to gather all the documents needed. However, so many things are confusing based on the cic site configuration and it's clear that previous experience will help, hence, I decided to run to the lords here for counsel. 1. For PoF: I have a Zenith Bank Reference Letter (they did not include the opening balance or the balance as at the day the letter was done), in addition, I got my statement of account (8 pages) for a six month period, I also got a letter of Non-Indebtedness. I got some money from my mom. To this effect, I have a notarised Deed of Gift, A bank Transfer Teller from my mom and electronic evidence from the bank to the effect of the transfer. On the cic website, you can upload only once for each document type (like PoF) My question is, should I merge all the documents into a single pdf and upload it once or I should upload only the Bank Reference and add others under the optional documents section. 2. Work Reference Letters I got all my Work Reference Letters in January before Covid-19 Lockdown (I had an ITA in January which I declined for some reasons). The dates on the Work references are far, hope it doesn't matter. I was paid cash for two out of the three employments. Must I provide pay stubs? I really don't have them. Thanks to everyone that will take out time to reply me. My application is on hold until i get answers here. Thank you all. 3 Likes 1 Share |

You don't need WAEC and NECO for IQAS. They only request for the transcript to be sent to them by your school. I don't think they send a verification mail like WES. Marysgirl4: 2 Likes 1 Share |

It's my first post in this new thread and I don't mean to be harsh. Most serious people here will skip your question because of its nature. WAEC/NECO educational requirement issues with respect to FSW immigration have been a long dead and buried one, since last year as a matter of fact. For your own good and independence, please try and read past threads with a view to digesting them. When you have very pertinent questions, people here know and before you say jack, you would have had enough responses from experienced monikers and also from senior members who normally would be online but wouldn't post. All the best.. Marysgirl4: 3 Likes 2 Shares |

skedemi: You can search the thousands of pages for more information, see instructions on how to do that here: https://www.nairaland.com/3999848/canadian-express-entry-federal-skilled/483#62509479 See below what I found by searching for "NACETEM" here: https://www.nairaland.com/5471101/canadian-express-entry-federal-skilled/598#90950801 You may also find the first page of this thread useful, all important links are marked "HERE". The old threads 1 to 9 are a goldmine of info. Happy reading & researching. 2 Likes |

oko134: 1. POF - please scan/merge ALL these into a single PDF file and upload in the POF placeholder. 2. Work Ref Letters - IRCC don't mention anything about the date as far as I know, but some people feel a more recent letter is better. If you can get a more recent ref, good. If not, no problem. For employment paid in cash, I don't think IRCC explicitly asks us for evidence of pay (although many of us add SOA and pay slips), provided it is already contained in your ref letter, but you may want to think ahead to what you would provide as evidence if you got an ADR. Sample of cash certificate on page 1. All the best! 3 Likes 2 Shares |

Hi oko134 Congrats on your ITA. I can attempt to answer your questions 1. For POF, mearge all documents into one PDF document. For me, I think it should be done in an easy to follow order. Like starting with the gift deed, bank cheque transfer, bank reference, non indebtedness and statement if account. 2. The work reference date it was prepared doesn't matter. What matters is that it covers the period for the experience you are claiming points for. 3. Pay stubs are not a requirement by IRCC. People provide those to prove work history when they are unable to provide adequate work reference as per IRCC requirement. As far as your work reference letters are good and prepared by the organization on the company letter headed papers and follow the IRCC format, you are fine. However, if you feel you need to attach pay stubs, then go ahead. All the best oko134: 2 Likes 6 Shares |

Hi, (1)You are to merge all your documents related to PoF into 1 pdf file with a size within their requirements, you can add an LoE if you feel you need to explain/clarify anything not in the bank letter that's expected to be there(according to cic website). (2) Paystub is not a requirement, all that is required is a reference letter. If you are still with the company and can get an updated one good, if not you can use the one u have. The important thing is the years of experience you are claiming is correct as shown in the letter. Cheers oko134: 1 Like 1 Share |
