nowhere: Mine worked one hand without stress, i downloaded the app created a new virtual card funded the card with the dollar equivalent from my stanbict ibtc account with my debit card. then i entered the virtual card details on the WES website and it went at once. Just make sure you fund your account with an amount a little bit above the money you are to pay to WES because you will be charged for the virtual card you created and another one from WES. The transaction was confirmed by all the parties involved after some days then i withdrew the excess amount left on my card to my bank account. I hope this helps. 5 Likes 2 Shares |

I don't think I understand what you mean by points. All that is required is your certificate no (the one that ends with IMM). Your certificate no should be yours reference no with IMM at the end. The site is designed to generate your CRS score automatically. I hope this helps. Ayinke93: 1 Like |

Ayinke93: Did you see any question asking if you have evaluated your degree with an evaluating body? If you ticked yes it should request for your WES info. If you ticked NO it won’t show anything. Has your profile been submitted and have you received a CRS score? |

Ikepooni:Thank you very much. I mistakenly stated that my certificates were issued in Canada. The issue now is, I'm not getting a full score for my work experience. please what could be the problem? I stated that my first job was between 2018- April 2019 and the current on, from May 2019 till date. it's given me scores for less than three years of work experience. kindly assist. |

Hi Guys, So I have decided to drop this for all of us to learn. Now, I have no business with getting into the pool anymore, since I am almost done with my FS assessment, and in a month or two, my PPR should be out(hopefully). This is the motivation behind my research; my girlfriend intends to pursue the express entry program, however she has only a B.Sc., and although she has a bit of age by her side, she doesn't want to go through any master’s program. Thus, she requested me to assist her with a program that could grant her two or more certificates or degrees. When I presented the BCS certificate in IT, she was a bit dismayed because, she had little to no knowledge in IT terminologies. ACCA was a no-no, because she believed the math in accounting may put her off. That led me to do further research: Why does WES evaluate the BCS in IT certificate as an equivalent to a one year of university degree, hence favourable to people seeking additional certificate. And also, why do most people gravitate toward BCS cert in IT when there may be other alternatives out there. I digged further on alternatives, and although I wasn't certain of their evaluation, I noticed a distinct similarity amongst programs. That is, it is a rated as a level 4 qualification by OFQUAL. Now OFUAL is England’s statutory regulator for qualifications. Hence, they have determined that level 4 is comparable to the first year of a university degree, and once any organization proves that their curriculum/certifications can meet predefined requirements, they will be granted varying classifications from level 1 up to level 7(which accounts for master degree and co). Fortunately, they have a list of a register of regulated qualifications, and when I checked for BCS cert in IT, I confirmed my presuppositions. The interesting part is you can use their advanced search option to find organizations or certifications, that could suite your areas of expertise, and still give you the extra certificate evaluation you may require. However, some may not be open to international study. Luckily, there is a filter wherein you could check which, and which permits international study (https://register.ofqual.gov.uk/AdvancedSearch). Also, anything below level 4 will most certainly not be evaluated positively by WES. As a note of caution; please do further research, and make enquiries. Most people have evaluated BCS cert in IT with WES, and continuously to be favourably evaluated. There is no harm sticking with BCs, however, I thought shedding light on this info could help us reconsider some other alternatives. Now, there is no guarantee that others could be favourably evaluated as well - they could be more expensive, or a bit cheaper depending on which. But if my research is anything to go by, I believe others on this list will. Take this info with a pinch of salt. I am no expert in this subject matter. I just believe this information may be invaluable to some of us. For my girlfriend, I saw one course or certification; CIPS Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply, which I believe she could relate more to. I would encourage her to go ahead with it, and once she is done, she should evaluate with WES. I’d tell you all about it. Cheers Thanks 30 Likes 6 Shares |

PanicButton:This is veery veery insightful I must say and I'm checking the site rightaway. I think a wiser thing to do can be to write to WES asking if they would evaluate a certain certificate as an additional degree before going ahead to take the course/exam. |
