Nairaland Ladies And The "virgin" Syndrome by sweetguy10(m): 3:10am On Mar 03, 2011
I've been reading , following and contributing to topics on the romance section and other sections as a whole for quite a long time but then I come to notice how ladies on Nairaland writes angrily and discouragingly about Virginity related topics . I know most are not kids and "losing innocence" must surely occur in the long run but must they discourage other teenagers reading their posts and shamelessly glamorize S3x ?

It's a general knowledge that there are more readers and visitors than members on Nairaland , what Impression are they giving the truly teenage virgins that frequents the romance section ? the way they brutally attack posts about virginity is so alarming that i ended up thinking they might be feeling jealous of being in the person's shoes . What I'm insinuating is that in some kind of way they are making some true virgins feel like a reject , if your Vagina has been so used that it is as wide as the grand canal of china fight it grin , it's no one's fault . Before you all start attacking me with your canon balls of words lipsrsealed at least give an ear to what I've written . INNOCENT MINDS ARE ALWAYS VISITING THIS FORUM !

Are you sure this topic is not supposed to be "Nairaland Men and the "Virgin" Syndrome?"

Una glorify virginity far more than women do I would think. To be honest, I don't think I've come across women descending on other women for being virgins. Maybe I'm forgetful *shrugs*

The only time I open my mouth is when NL men, who show signs of promiscuity, pimping, whoring, etc., label non-virgin women as love-peddlers and treasure a virgin girl or woman despite being used themselves. As if virgin women go seeking for worn and torn men. Mscheeeeew. Hypocrisy no good o.

I've never pretended to be a virgin. In fact I embrace my non-virginity however I still say
if one (esp. a female) can hold on to it for as long as possible, they will be saving themselves from
potential pain and heartbreak (*reminisces and gets angry!*)

Are men the only ones with sexual drives? Why so many are shocked that women enjoy sexual pleasure is beyond me. This is no new phenomenon. Welcome to Earth. Maybe on Planet Men do women stand there moping and men pull them to rooms and dispose of them when they're finished.

NL men should admit why they want virgin women in the first place. It's either 1) they need their egos refueled via "Yes, I disvirgined her" or 2) She's tight. Literally.

I don't see anything glorious in that, not when you have a promiscuous background yourself. If only you all heard how you're sounding. You're sounding pretty low. "I'm pathetic but can still get a virgin". Clap for yourselves.

I personally dont see any difference between getting married to a virgin or not ( I go for the personality 1st, Love, Looks etc )
Although im yet to see any NL guy who complain about virgins here  cheesy cheesy ( I just lied )

But as the OP pin pointed out, NL ladies who are not virgins tend to oppress the few ( if theres any ) that are on here
there by discouraging the lucky ones on keeping it, this should be a problem of the women folks among em-selves but you dragged men into it  angry angry

Wow. A serious response from you. I see pigs outside my windows.

I dragged men into it because I have not seen anyone women descending on virgin women. This virginity issue is more amongst you men. "I disvirgined my girlfriend", "She told me she was a virgin but she's not", "How do I tell if she's a virgin", "My virgin wife is in pain, what do I do?", "When you're bleeping a virgin and she screams, do you stop or continue to ram her?"

Prove me wrong.

No you're getting it all wrong not all men wants to marry a Virgin but no man wants to marry a lady that has tirelessly used her Punny making it look ugly , wide, watery and swollen . You know what these kinds of ladies that has spent the sweetness in the punny later say to their man ? "You're not man enough" . Tell me how can he man enough when the thing is so wide that my head will fit in ? that's just it . Nobody wants to marry a Ms porn actress-suddenly-turned-good-girl that will make you labor and sweat on her during love making while she's busy reading newspaper or hissing like a poisoned snake . Have you ever wondered why women fake heavenly feelings ? that's just the main reason and you know what ? these kind of ladies can never get satisfied , the punny keeps scratching them and they end up cheating .
