Do you even know what you are saying? If all that SARS did was to arrest young boys looking flashy, visit their homes, search their apartment for anything criminal and leave in the event that they observe no foul play, no one would be on the streets protesting to end SARS. SARS has been well known for extortion, extra judicial killings and harassment much more than they are known for fighting crime.

As tough as SARS claim they are they have never prevented an armed robbery or responded in a timely fashion to a robbery in progress. They always wait for the robbers to steal, kill, rape and destroy and after that they go chasing make-believe armed robbers and show up tomorrow to say they have caught the robbers.

Nigerian armed forces as a whole needs reform...not just SARS because their evil is not limited to only SARS. I always read people saying that yahoo boys are among the majority of the people supporting the protest and i shake my heads for all those saying this because they have lost touch with reality. Do you know the millions of young people out there working for very good companies to earn a living?the multinationals, banks , FMCGs etc that are in Nigeria, you think it'sold men and women that work there?There are so many young people in nigeria working as free lance programmers and others trading forex.And these are the majority of the people SARS harass, brutalize and even kill in some cases.
