It's simple. Good people go to hell on earth because they starve themselves of carnal and earthly things, hoping their reward is a pass into the kingdom, little do they know that when a person dies they return back to where they were before he/she became conscious on earth via that little sperm that fertalized that careless egg. what happens is that when a person dies, they return back to unconsciousness and dust and the chapter ends there.
