I am not a doctor but I am certified to speak on this subject.  There is no LICENSED doctor in the WORLD that will even have UNPROTECTED sex with someone he or she doesn't know LET ALONE not practice safe sex knowing the HISTORY and PATHOLOGY of various SEXUAL TRANSMITTED DISEASES and HIV.  

HIV is not detected in the early stage it has to go through a serious of mitosis and meiosis in order for the test to be accurate.  There is no such thing as a ONCE bleep ONCE DETECTED.  The average time for detection of HIV is three months to six months.  

The pregnancy can not be detected in pregnancy tests unless there is HCG in the urine or blood and the average time for pregnancy detection even first response is approximately two weeks.

I was kind of in this girl's shoes before except we had no discussion about timing and all that before hand. And I was not joking. I have accepted responsibility for my part and the guy could care less about the 'bastards' that he fathered. It is really immature to blame the woman in the situation because both of you made the mistake. And although you both knew you were unprotected the least you could have done was to 'pull out' on time. Not the most effective method to prevent pregnancy, but don't go around making deposits into fertile soil and not expecting them to take root.

the contraceptive method i used is highly effective only if it is certain the lady has completed her cycle, of which i was pretty sure of; i guess.

To me, I honestly believe that she is testing your commitment issues that is why she is doing that. Otherwise she wont be doing that at all.

I do not think its your fault because u made it clear that u are not ready to be a father by asking her of her menstruation cycle so by right she is wrong for even testing and playing you out that way.

But however, if you are not serious with her, I suggest you tell her the earlier the better that u would prefer casual relationships.
