I once had to do a presentation in my first year in UNIBEN. Woke up, bathed, rushed breakfast and dressed hurriedly too because I was running behind schedule, then zoomed off.

In the end, the lecturer knocked me for "appearing scruffily". I was lost... I wore a blue office shirt. Shoes were polished the previous night to reflect the glory of God. Every fabric on me was well ironed and a polka-dotted tie to kill the look.

I saw my zipper loosened almost completely and my belt worn upside down when I checked myself all over, amazed at the lecturer's accusation. It was then that the funny faces and mischievous grins flashed at me during the presentation started popping up in my mind and made sense.

Presentation was solid though, despite the gaffe.
