I sympathize with the family, but the truth is that the recruitment form itself carries a death disclaimer... Once you sign, you waive every right to sue if the trainee or recruit dies. That's the truth... Military training all over the world is rigorous and people die from time to time. RIP to the Soldier! He died with honour! 2 Likes |
