Ikorodu is in Lagos State, where the Fashola led government BANNED all forms of beating and corporal punishment That teacher should now be prosecuted for murder, and jailed for at least 30 years, to serve as a deterrent to other teachers or parents who may not understand the implications of breaking state laws pertaining to child abuse. |
