As countries around the world become more industrialized, physical activity levels tend to decline. Many spend most of the day at a desk and ignore physical activity.

All of that sitting directly impacts health. One recent study found that adults who sat for more than 11 hours per day were 40% more likely to die within the next three years than those who sat for less than four hours per day.
