Caveat: I am not a banker.

But I think the best thing you can do is to take a stroll to the nearest/closest First Bank branch and ascertain if there has been any major or minor error in your Kyc form. I am sure it is not something that cannot be rectified if you speak to the guys at the customer service desk.

Trust me, that is the best you can do for yourself right now.

*Meanwhile, I don't quite get you. What exactly do you mean by "can I open another kyc account"? smiley

What's a "Kyc account"??

Never heard of it myself. There is nothing like that.

Or are you by any chance asking if you can do another kyc or open another account entirely?

Yes if I can do another kyc.

Why do another kyc when you can simply head to the bank and rectify any problems with the one you have done before? sad
