This year’s Headies awards has been greeted with much funfair already, and fans can’t wait to see their favorite artist’s hands on the prestigious award for various categories.

Even though the focus is mainly on who is nominated for which category and who’s winning what, event hosts also plays a significant role they make sure there is no dull moment.

This year’s award will be hosted by famous comedian Bovi and stunning Nollywood actress Nancy Isime.

The two had already kicked the event’s mood by going on boat rides, horse riding, and photoshoots. Fans will be buzzing in anticipation for the award ceremony looking at what their hosts will bring to the stage.

The Headies is a music awards show established in 2006 by the Hip Hop World Magazine of Nigeria to recognize outstanding achievements in the Nigerian music industry.

The annual ceremony features performances by established and promising artists. It is broadcast live on HipTV to viewers across Nigeria.
