Talk to him like a gentleman first, no anger or harsh words.
Just tell him that you NOTICED that he is trying to kollobi your Wife and you would appreciate if he would RESPECT your relationship and not come in-between both of you.

She should ensure you can open the door from outside with your own key.
Open the door un-announced and dash him a blinding slap first, seize his Cloths and tie him and let your wife hold him and shout loudly that he wanted to Rape her.
