The 14 Brigade Headquarters of Nigerian Army, Ohafia, Abia State is currently playing host to the Chief Whip of the Senate and former Governor of Abia State, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu.

Senator Kalu on his arrival at exactly 1:15PM at Quarter Guard , 14 Brigade Ohafia was received by the Commander , General Tunde Kumakpai with a full Quarter Guard.

Senator Kalu is expected to inspect the activities of the 14 Brigade which include; inspection if the Quarter Guard , introduction of officers/Magajiyas, Tour of the GEJ Barracks and session with the widows amongst other events.

Some of Kalu’s entourage includes: Spokesman of the House of Representatives, Hon Benjamin Kalu ; former Chief of Staff to Abia State Government, Hon. Mascot Uzor Kalu ; former Deputy Chief of Staff to Abia State Government, Dr . Madukwe Ukaegbu ; Director General of Orji Uzor Kalu Foundation, Rev. Mrs Jemima Kalu among others .

....I guess those are admin soldiers The Army is a big organization and have different depts

This Unit is at Orji's home town so I don't see anything wrong with his visiting them. He has been doing that before now and has a good relationship with the Army.
