Buhari has a history of violation of human rights. No be today. This is just a tip of the iceberg. Buhari has lost the handle of governance and cannot use democratic tools. He has displayed severally that he has no control over affairs going on under his own nose. Just like an old man who is so weak that his grand children make fun of him but can do nothing about it. If the argument is that he is not aware that such a video exists, then he should be living in a cave and have no right to be president. On the other hand, if he knows, he should have dissociated himself from the creators of the video if he is the 'superhero of integrity' as we have been told severally. Any way you look at it, the BB team goofed!!! |

I'm calling on every right thinking person to study that post with an unbiased mind, you'll definitely see it's just a political propaganda. A spurious allegation like this can never, I repeat CAN NEVER make a true supporter of these men of integrity (B/B) turn their back on them. ANOTHER WASTED EFFORT BY THE UMBRERRA CAMP. CPC! The change we need. BB! Divine intervention. |

They waited for more than a week to make this allegation. They strategically chose few days to the election in order to wreck the havoc but they just failed. CPC! The change we need. BB! Divine intervention. |

Seun I thank you with all my heart, for taking this courageous stand on the side of good, and against evil. My hat is off to you, my brother, and the tear in my eye is one of joy, for right up until this moment, I honestly did not know your stand with respect to the main contenders in Nigeria's upcoming election. You is da man, Seun. My first child will be named after you, regardless of gender. Have a good day sir. |

Say NO to piracy and infringement of human rights!!! Say NO to Buhari, YES to GEJ. GEJ has encouraged talent and we have seen great increase in our music industry. DBanj did a number with world famous Snoop Dogg. We have had many Nigerian artistes attaing great heights in the entertainment industry. Buhari is very much against this new phenomenon. Vote progress. Vote GEJ. |

Seun: Continuity, human rights, and privatization. That's GEJ. That doesn't mean I'll vote for PDP at state level. Ni to ri Olorun! Welcome to the right side of the fence, bruv. I hereby forgive Mukina and Aisha all the evil they have done against me! lol --Makes several gifts of Fresh Air 2011 bottles to Seun-- |

Seun:G bam!! the issue is not political at all. why?? what is to be determined here is whether the interlectual property of the said company was breached ?? if so we should address the issue and leave PDP out of it-----a wqrong has been done so lets face it squarely and not some pretentious sentimental political insinuations and this can not be said to be a cheap propgander as that will amount to dodging the issue. Buahri group has violated the company copyright !! PERIOD!! |

At least I'm happy that the forum owner has openly declared he prefers GEJ. Now those saying NL is pro-Buhari can let us rest. Not all forum officials are pro-Buhari like me and Aisha2. And the forum, as far as I know, is not officially pro-anybody. At least the presidential polls say Buhari has more fans here, and it naturally follows that they will be most dominant. That's why I ignore people that accuse us of using NL in favour of anybody. |
Re: 'Buhari Stole Our Idea', Says Bluelabs Limited by slap1(m): 6:45am On Apr 01, 2011 |
Beaf:I was about to ask, "Where is Beaf?" Haha, Buhari should compensate the guys for the stolen idea if this is true. If he doesn't, too bad for him. What next is he gonna steal? Sorry, Pastor Bakare, I knew Buhari would definitely disgrace you someday. |

It's good to know that the owner of the forum is pro GEJ while the majority is pro Buhari, This is democracy in play. If only Nigeria could be like this and the major media represent the voice of the masses, btw, I hope the owners of the forum don't use any PDP tactics to impose GEJ in the forum, let the forum be the voice of the majority. |
Re: 'Buhari Stole Our Idea', Says Bluelabs Limited by zeeleso(f): 7:38am On Apr 01, 2011 |
This has to be investigated by the Buhari team. If a volunteer did it, they should track where it started from offer explanations and pay damages as due. I sorta expected this the moment i heard the song was originally for Omolara. And for those saying Buhari is not democratic, he has demonstrated that he can work under a democracy, he lost two elections and fought them in the courts, accepted thee courts verdict though it didnt favour him. |
Re: 'Buhari Stole Our Idea', Says Bluelabs Limited by abes(m): 7:40am On Apr 01, 2011 |
@ Seun Can you prove to us that Bluelabs Limited has the sole right to the Transformation track. The song does not belong to Bluelabs Limited, why are they claiming compensation? compensation for what exactly The song is available online for free download Bluelabs should go afters these two video versions too since it is their intellectual property to do add pictures to a downloaded song that does not belong to them. mtshewwww https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nPcGT5qwc2k&feature=related https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MIpwpWcKVj0&feature=related Bluelab ko, baba blue ni. nonsense @all PDP fans can you say Amen to this May your life be run the way PDP and Goodluck has run Nigeria in the last 12 years and 11 months respectively. If you can't say amen to this, then you really should consider voting for a change. you can me if you like, it's the way of PDP |

One will expect that the owner of this forum will show some restrain by remaining non-partisan on this forum. You own a medium where people express themselves. leave them and let them talk while you watch. Some one like Pastor Adeboye has shown some restrain because of his position. One will have expected Seun to do the same. Nevertheless seun na you get your mouth Elenu bi kettle. |

While Seun Osewa the NL owner has now declared his intention to stand against the progressive people of Nigeria, a stance he is free to take. The only problem lies in the continued lies being peddled by these GEJ cronies on NL. One of such lies is the title of this thread. It been shown that the domain name for BuhariStoleOurIdea.Com was only registered yesterday 31st of March 2011. How come these so called bluelab guys posted their own video version of the song on the internet for the first time only yesterday and are now claiming ownership of the intellectual property of what the a BB volunteer posted a few days earlier. https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-631074.384.html#msg8028220 Seun as an IT entrepreneur, I expect you to either verify the source of your info well ahead before making such laughable posts. A simple search on the internet revealed the falsehood you tried to peddle with this post. You may own NL, but you certainly don't own the people who come here to share ideas. I do not have any problem with you supporting the clueless GEJ, what we have problems with is you and the rest of GEJ supporters using lies and deceits to make your warped points. Fellow Nigerians, for those of us who care to know the truth, the details of the registration date for the bluelab phony web page can be easily obtained from: www.whois.net . I look forward to the day in Naija when we dont have to choose between evil and evil. I look upon the coming election with alot of fear. GEJ is another 4 years wasted, BB looks like a good combination, but when i think about Nigeria's history with the strong handedness that Buhari used during his initial time in office, its a bit scary. Only God knows the true heart of each of these men. Personally i dont care about tribal affiliation, i just wish someone actually gave a damn about our country, the youths, quality of life, human rights and such, so far both main contenders have managed to violate all these things listed. Nigeria, you will rise from the ashes and be great! P.S Seun is entitled to vote for whomever he wants to as is everyone here, just cos u dont agree with him doesnt mean you should attack him personally. On nairaland, i think people need to learn to critic content and not the person. Its amazing how things gets so personal on here, its very discouraging, esp when one wants to contribute to a discussion without incurring curses on his entire family |
Re: 'Buhari Stole Our Idea', Says Bluelabs Limited by Nobody: 8:10am On Apr 01, 2011 |
The release by bluelabs says 'to get the youth engaged in the electoral process and possibly pitch to interested parties for campaign purposes', how many parties other than the PDP would want a video ending with scenes of GEJ's pics. And with the barrage of attacks against the CPC at the end of the release, which went beyond just saying that the CPC infringed on their copyright. I smell a rat. I have lived in Nigeria long enough to know when politicians and their aides are up to something. I just downloaded the soundtrack on the bluelabs website and the artist name on the soundtrack is Goodluck Campaign ft CAMP. Lets not allow politicians decieve us, we are smarter than this |
Re: 'Buhari Stole Our Idea', Says Bluelabs Limited by lionshare: 8:13am On Apr 01, 2011 |
No one should blame Buhari cos am sure he is not responsible for picking campaign songs and whatever its the campaign managers but unfortunately its one of issues with being a leader you get to take all the blames! |
Re: 'Buhari Stole Our Idea', Says Bluelabs Limited by muami(m): 8:16am On Apr 01, 2011 |
9ijaMan: What does the date of registration has to do with the fact that their intellectual property was stolen? Why is it that these buhari people only understand issues as far as thier oga? You mean you dont understand that the website was specifically registered to protest against the stealing of thier IP and campaign for a compensation to be paid. That would mean that you dont also understand that websites can be opened for just for a particular purpose. For example,Buhari's campaign site was only opened when he decided to contest for elections.Does that mean Buhari is fake? |
Re: 'Buhari Stole Our Idea', Says Bluelabs Limited by 9ijaMan: 8:17am On Apr 01, 2011 |
@Seun If we have to go by your distorted logic, then the bluelab guys should claim compensation for the followings too: [flash=500,300] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nPcGT5qwc2k?version=3[/flash] and [flash=500,300] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MIpwpWcKVj0?version=3[/flash] |
Re: 'Buhari Stole Our Idea', Says Bluelabs Limited by 9ijaMan: 8:21am On Apr 01, 2011 |
muami: Of course I expect you guys to try to spin the info about the date as well. Does "bluelabs" own intellectual rights to the free versions available on YouTube too? Abeg answer o! 'cos if there is a free version on the internet, then bluelabs claims are at best very dubious. |
