Increasing d service year is arrant nonsense when salary structure is not encouraging..It is better for them to reduce the service year so as to give room for fresh graduate and also allow the retirees to participate in businesses of their choice when they still have little strenght to carry on. Reduction in service should be look into for d unemployed ones. |
