Please has anyone an idea of what fidelity bank test and their interview looks like

Fidelity Bank's test is basically mathematical aptitude (some business math included), verbal reasoning and logical reasoning; about 40 questions in 1 hr. Kinda tough, but if you know your onions, you'll scale through.

When you make it to the interview, they'll ask you to talk about yourself. you give them pretty much what is in your CV.
Then questions like, what makes you feel you can work for us, what do you know about us, and if your course in not directly related to banking, they'll ask you the relation between your course and banking.
You'll be expected to ask them a question. You may as stuff relating to their structure, goals, values, etc.

It most liekely will be a marketing position, and they'll ask you if you have what it takes.
