What do you mean by if given the opportunity? I thought you guys claimed that the police is corrupt and inefficient.
See,if you know how the police is structured,you will know that kyari is not lucky or given any chance.he simply decided to showcase his brilliance unlike others who refused to.
It starts from the police station when emergencies call,he volunteered to go,others refused.
It is just like being in a class and a particular student is the best.what makes him the best? Is it not because he studies hard and also decides to be friendly with some lecturers or teachers?
