No one can deny that most 12 year olds these days know and engage in acts that no 21 year old could conceive of in the 1970s; when the age of majority was first set as 18. I personally think it's high time that the age of majority was reduced to 13 or 14 just as it was reduced from 21 to 18 in the 70s. 18 just no longer makes sense. Either morally, ethically or scientifically (actually, it never made sense scientifically).

Anyways, this is your opinion, we already have a law.

Who is a small girl there? Some 13-15 year olds look 30 these days and have zero moral compass. You are only following some unjustified decision to call anyone below 18 a "small child". They are not small children; they are sexually mature adults (sexual maturity is what scientifically defines adulthood, not a UN signature); and many are sexually active long before that age.

Please somebody educates me here. I dont understand if it is a national sport there in Nigeria for elder people to rape underaged girls...this is becoming a daily occurrence right now...instead i have been told too there are a lot underaged prostitutes girls too in Nigeria.
My question: why those mature rapists don't go directly to those minor prostitutes to satisfy their sexual desires?
