The National assembly should be scrapped. In my opinion, these are the worst set of elected officials before Governors and local govt chairmen!

Even with this good and positive news , Racoon, you never saw any positivity in it.
All you do is wail and cry on EVERYTHING.
Is the wall clock in your house permanently on hate O'clock?!
Please be positive for once in life biko.
Please don't wail from 2015 to 2023 , that is loooong 8 years brotherly.

You and your ilks are only negative 24/7 and 365 days in a year.
You wake up in hate and anger and live throughout the day the same way!
When do you find time to be happy, smile with family members, have fun, make love and  sometimes, just as other human beings do!

No amount of investment in our healthcare system will work without checking corruption and selfishness of the managers of the system.

Check how healthcare system of those countries that attract medical tourists are run. They have ROBUST systems where all the healthcare professionals work in harmony to render the best services to the patients (who are considered the kings). All the professionals know their jobs and stick to it, unlike here where the physician wants to become pharmacist whilst we are in short supply of experts in core medical specialties. Why can't we replicate same here? Let us understudy those countries where healthcare works (eg USA, UK and even India). What are they doing differently? Who are the people that MANAGE their health systems? Are they only doctors?

My point is, we need to tackle MANAGEMENT problems and interprofessional rivalry in our healthcare system first before every other thing. Agreed there is need for improved funding but government should not just be investing money into a system with poor accountability. Otherwise, it will amount to wastage of funds.

Creating a robust system where things work is all that is needed to put a stop to exodus of healthcare professionals because people will be happy to stay back. And how else can we create such working system if not by getting things right in terms of MANAGEMENT

Foolish! You pay yourselves hundreds of millions but cannot pay medical doctors a good wages

They migrate to countries that value their skills and pay them a commensurate wage yet you wonder why the doctors are leaving and want to use a bill to stop them rather than reduce your ducking allowances!!

Thinking with their palms.
So they don't know, no one wants or wish to leave his comfort zone to a strange man's land.
An average Nigerian doctor has many dependants and in a country like ours where even a Consultant is struggling to get employed and even those employed are being paid pea nuts with poor welfare.
In addition is the state of insecurity, poor social amenities, poor health facilities to work with. They are not thinking of improving in these areas and make the departing Nigerians covet staying.
They on the other hand have visas to almost all the continent, spend our resources on ashewos when they travel out of the country, all their wards are the ones with FG and State scholarships in the best schools abroad.
E no go better for anybody wey reason with this govt and idea.
The average Nigerian health practitioner is poor and fighting for survival.
Fools want to deprive someone from seeking greener pastures when they have nothing to offer than to drain you.
Na upside down their brain dey.

The problem of Nigeria health sector is multifaceted. As a doctor training in Nigeria, I can tell u how hostile the environment is .
Many times we operate with our individual equipments.
hazard of 5 k . salary that is not nothing comparable to what u one puts into the system. Many of us will still leave ,just trying to get to the peak of the profession because the government is not sincere at solving the problems

Pot calling kettle black.
Now, tell me when you've done anything different from;
1. Lampooning the incompetence of your darling daddy to the 16 years of PDP ruining Nigeria as you put it.
2. Calling whosoever speaks the truth thief and having ties with looting of past administration about the double faced and fake corruption campaign of your darling daddy.
3. Keeping quiet and dodging shamefully from whatever news that do expose the incompetence and cluelessness of your darling daddy eg. i. Recently your darling daddy is planning on selling off some national assets that is gulping in money without outputting noting to the federal coffers which was an original idea of atiku who you branded Atiku,
ii. Your darling daddy was the imbechile who said fuel subsidy was fraud around 2011, but what is happening now? Your darling daddy even made himself minister of petroleum to be at the receiving end of the fraud. They are so many but I'll keep reminding you that your darling daddy is a crook and never different from any other politician in Nigeria who first deceives the electorate and then falls back to default, what happened to his campaign promises of one dollar to one naira, leading the fight against terrorism from the front and freeing Nigeria in 3 months, what of the restoration of electric power in 6 months?
Most times I pity you cos I can't imagine the agony you pass through trying to sound patriotic and sane but you should also pity yourself cos I know the amount of weight you lose which 30k monthly can't offset or are you waiting for when you look like a patient suffering from kwashiokor, HIV and diabetes combined before you will have mercy on yourself.

Which physician wants to become pharmacist? I spot a johesu member . I'm a neurosurgery trainee, having operated 10- 15hrs on the brain ,do u think I will want to combine another person's work with that? Until that EVIL amalgamation against the doctors is disbanded, health sector won't have peace no matter how much is pumped in to it. In the countries u made mention of , no interprofessional rivalry because everyone knows his or her limit and does his or her job.
I once wrote a post operative order and a nurse told me I should change it to post operative plan because "no one is here to carry out any order of yours" I told her if she was not comfortable carrying it out she should relay her complaints to the management.

It is obvious that the guy is benefiting form useless system . Every clamoring for continuation of the nonsense one Nigeria is either directly or indirectly cashing out from the failed country. Since I was a little boy, I was used to the saying Nigeria will be better ! But what do we have ? --- selfish and vision less led amalgamation called country! The management problem is a Nigerian problem, even if a johesu member manages, the same things will arise if not worse.
