Thanks for the recipe! I made this for dinner, and it turned out to be a delicious and nutritious dish. I love asparagus but rarely buy them and cook because they're pretty expensive as they're labor-intensive. By the way, when choosing asparagus, don't get the ones on sprigs, especially the purple ones. Look for the green shoots; they are generally not tough and very flavorful. I also like to cook potatoes with mushrooms. When they are ready, I sprinkle them with herbs and add garlic and grated Parmesan on top. It's delicious and beautiful! I'd appreciate it if you could share more of your favorite recipes! |
