I am in my mid 30s and my wife 26. We got married a year plus now and after a year no pregnancy so I became worried and we went to the hospital and some test was run on d both of us, my wife's result come out ok but I was diagnosed with Azoospermia which was why I couldn't impregnate my wife. I was devastated at dat moment. I had to run two more test at different lab buh still same result the doctor explained that Azoospermia is a situation where the sperm ejeculated has no cells in it, making it impossible to fertilize the eggs produced by my wife. He gave solutions and IVF was d best option but the price was scary around 1.2 million and in Abuja. So as I was saving up for the procedure I meet a lady who her husband has same problem their did there's in Gombe at 650k she had twins after two attempt. She hooked me up with the doctor who booked an appointment with me and my wife that was last month. D doctor monitored my wife's cycle sent us one drug which she took then we traveled down to Gombe three days ago been Monday we got to the clinic and we were asked to come around 4pm for the eggs retrieval, by 4pm we were at d clinic d doctor retrieved the eggs from my wife and use syringe to retrieve some things from my testicle too. D drug he sent to us while we were in our base was two types, he instructed my wife to take one pack dat d second one she will start taking if we travel down to Gombe. He asked us to go back to our hotel and come back yesterday been Wednesday for the transfer. When we got there yesterday in d evening around 4pm the transfer was made and he told us to return back to our base this morning, I was thinking they will give my wife injections but he only instructed my wife to continue with d drug he told her to start taking immediately we got to Gombe. Meanwhile as we came for the transfer yesterday I saw about twenty women dat came for transfer too many were from other states like us.
The doctor explained things to us and once you undergo the procedure in his clinic if you didn't achieved success in the first attempt he will charge half the price for d subsequent attempt till one achieve success.
