So I wanna know, is it possible for a single man to build a standard 2bedroom flat with a 100k salary income?

Yes, it is very possible. But as a contractor myself, I will advice that you pull up money to cover each phase of the construction process rather than planning to spend a percentage of the 100k salary monthly. You will eventually save more doing that.
A ROUGH sketch of what u should do:
Foundation = 800k
Super structure (window level) = 500k
Super structure (roof) = 600k
Roofing = 1m
Finishing = 800k
The process can will take years eventually (due to level of funding) but it will come out well if u complete it in phases and handled by a good professional.
