What are you talking about? Lagos attracts a lot of foreign investment. Especially in its real estate space. Everything doesn't have to be built by Nigerians. Why should I pay millions of dollars to live in banana island and end up sharing swimming pool, tennis court or even gym facilities with other tenants.
When I can buy my own house with enough green, outdoor and privacy. I can even cultivate my own garden.
