Where the UGM?

Umahi would be the best next presidential candidate for any party. But i assure you that the next government of Ebonyi state will suffer immensely.

With an empty account, the next Governor will be left clueless that he will hardly survive his first tenure.

Umahi might have spent the state money judiciously, but majorly on capital projects that might never have an ROI.
Even if this airport is completed, the chances of getting it's ROI will be projected at 20 years from now which might then be valueless.
Afterall, Imo and Enugu has a working airport and Ebonyi is only sandwiched in them

That said, this is wickedness of the part of the governor. Why spend so much on a capital project that doesn't bring value to the people? Could it be because he's spending Federal Allocation as such, the residents are not his to priority? The adjacent states with airport doesn't have much traffic so why build this one? Sometimes, I'm not sure appraisals are done before embarking on projects.

If Ebonyi State has had this kind of governor since 99, the state would have been far ahead of some other states by now

The man has changed the common narrative of Ebonyi State infrastructure wise

Though, a lot has to be done in human capacity development

I think he is not getting the much needed hype
