Your presence in APC Should have helped to reduce the situation.

Funny enough, same Garba Shehu asked the police to publish the names of herdsmen arrested all over the country. Till today we heard nothing again.

The statement said that President Buhari took an oath to defend the life and property of every citizen, a duty he takes seriously and is committed to ensuring.

If PMB is fully abreast of the above statement from Shehu, he will do better, Army, Navy, Airforce, police are all under his control.

PMB promised to stop Boko Haram within 3 months of ascending the post of the president but now, he didn't stop Boko Haram rather we now have bandits, killer herdsmen etc.

The president should take responsibility, his primary responsibility is to secure lives and properties. Nigerians are dying both the masses and our security officers. APC ride to power on the failure of PDP to secure Nigeria but now insecurity is fully institutionalized.

Mr. President, if you do not want to be called out personally then devolve responsibility, which means devolve power. Send legislation devolving the powers of security agencies particularly the police to states so that governors are held responsible for security in their states. Then no one will call your name for actions within state borders.

No one will call out Biden for an incident in Texas or Louisiana or North Carolina no matter how gruesome as long as it does not have national antecedents or carried out by foreign elements. That is the way to go. But we are all honestly in the know that you represent a school of citizens that do not want restructuring, don't want states to be independent in any way because it makes Nigeria easier to dominate, hold down and direct in the interests of a few.

So be prepared to be called out for anything and everything that happens in Nigeria no matter how ridiculous because you have not promoted restructuring in anyway in the past six and a half years of your administration.

When a supposed elder is seen in every party on the streets the children will sooner mistaken him for a mascot. Nigeria is too top heavy without the requisite qualitative leadership at the centre to match. Even the best leader in the world cannot handle the kind of comp!exity in Nigeria and wisest ones will have restructured the nation.

Read this part very well, you will understand the coded message and blame this idiot called Garba Shehu has sent to Otom. He meant RUGA/Grazing Reserve. If Otom had implemented the open GRAZING or GIVEN FREE LAND to the fulanis, all three killings would not have been happening.
