We are an indigenous engineering company with growing branches in Lagos and Abuja, Nigeria.

Our business cuts across energy and power, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration, plumbing and piping what our clients quantify as EMEP.

We have been around for over 5 years and still growing with an average age of staff around 25 years.

Due to the much demand for our services around the country, we will be expanding our human capacity by recruiting volunteers who are passionate and are teachable to fit in to several beginners or starter roles in our organization both males and females who can identify themselves as a bonafide citizen of Nigeria.

The use of volunteers was deliberate.

Meaning, no salary. You volunteered to do it.

If they had used intern or graduate training, people would expect them to pay.

Yes, but this is not even the type of projects people should be volunteering for. You volunteer for causes that would actually make an impact in the lives of people.

If it's something related to building houses for the homeless and the money they probably got for the project can only cover the cost for the materials, then it makes sense to seek for volunteers.

But your business is expanding with new projects and contracts and you want to use free hands.

Till we see the job you create, you ain't the best position to say someone is exploiting someone.

People apply for apprenticeship in Nigeria and serve their masters for years without collecting a dime, their masters in return send them off with handsome cash to start something up.

This may look odd to you, but people who understands how hard to get job out there but would prefer to still volunteer will definitely do.

If you are big enough, create a job where we can submit our CVs and get paid.
