It was Nokia that made me know warranty really works, my nokia c5 was replaced when it had a technical fault, i still rep nokia anyday anytime,

My nokia 6700c went dead after a failed attempt to flash it with an incompatible flashing file. Since then it has not come alive again. I want to ask if it is completely dead or is there still a chance that with the compatible flashing file -which is hard to come by- there is still a chance to life?

This model is the best i ever had, the map navigation is so on point/sweet but accessing/enjoying the phones packages av become impossible due to the above stated error and lately all my messages in inbox,outbox,sent and drafts get deleted from time to time. phone hangs alot that i hardly can pick calls without avin to callback. The Memory might be corrupt. You may need to do Re-install the software or upgrade it,if you have a lower version running on it.
*#0000# tells you the version running on the phone.

How did you do the factory reset/firmware re-install you tried previously??

Your Nokia E7 has warranty BUT not Nigerian Warranty.

Try resetting the phone by dialing *#7370#
Try Removing memory card,
Take your phone to Nokia care.

My nokia 6700c had a problem and the repairer tried flashing it. It went dead and has yet to come alive after 6 months. It was later discovered that a wrong file was used to flash it.
I want to ask if the phone has completely gone dead or is there exist a chance that when the correct flashing file is used, the phone can wake up? Also where can i get this flashing file?
